Sealers are designed to offer resistance to water and/or oil-based stains. Under certain conditions, however, all sealers can fail. These conditions are always related to the type of stain and the duration of its exposure on the substrate.

Aqua Shield HD is a superior-quality penetrating sealer, but no sealer makes a surface completely stain-proof. Spills should always be removed as soon as possible, and surfaces maintained with pH-neutral cleaning products, to achieve the best long-term results.
